Stefanik asserts that this assault was well-documented and sparked outrage among alumni, who called for accountability.

The letter further reveals that documents obtained by the House Committee on Education and the Workforce show that Harvard engaged the law firm Jenner & Block to conduct an independent investigation into the incident.
