A woman from North Carolina, Hester Ford, who is known to grow up picking cotton, then got married at the age of 14 and went on to become the oldest living American having more than 120 great-great-grandchildren has died peacefully in her home.

According to the announcement of Mike Dunleavy, the Governor of Alaska, the state is going to make free COVID-19 vaccines available to tourists arriving at its major airports starting from the 1st of June. It is considered to be a part of the Republican’s effort to boost the state’s beleaguered tourism industry.
