The Biden family's dog, Commander, who took up residence in the White House in late 2021 following the removal of their previous dog Major due to biting incidents and property soiling, has now been revealed to have a history of biting as well.

According to Secret Service communications reviewed by the New York Post, Commander, a two-year-old German Shepard, has bitten seven people in the span of four months. One Secret Service agent even had to seek medical treatment at a local hospital after being bitten on the arm and thigh.

These attacks occurred after Commander was sent to live with family friends in 2021 due to his aggressive behavior in the White House. The departure of Major shed light on the fact that his behavior was even worse than initially acknowledged by the White House. In March 2021 alone, Major bit agents for eight consecutive days, despite only one incident being publicly acknowledged.

The lack of transparency surrounding Commander's violent attacks has raised concerns. The White House did not respond to the Post's inquiries regarding this matter.

According to the Post, Secret Service agents exchanged emails expressing their frustration with the situation. They even remarked that if the dog did not belong to the Biden family, it would have been "put down." One agent, who had been bitten twice and had to visit the hospital, emailed a colleague about their recovery, stating, "My leg and arm still hurts. He bit me twice and ran at me twice." In response, the colleague criticized the handling of the situation, stating, "What a joke... if it wasn't their dog he would already have been put down – freaking clown needs a muzzle."

The incidents involving Commander highlight the need for greater transparency and accountability when it comes to the behavior of the Biden family's pets. The safety and well-being of those working in the White House should be a top priority, and measures should be taken to prevent further incidents and ensure the security of all individuals involved.
