In one of his final episodes, the late conservative talk radio host, Rush Limbaugh, made a prediction that former President Donald Trump would be indicted by the Democrats in an effort to prevent his potential re-election.

Limbaugh, who passed away in 2021, expressed the Democrats' strong desire to remove Trump from the political landscape permanently. He stated, "They desperately want Trump gone, and I know that they desperately want it codified that Trump cannot run again."

Limbaugh further emphasized that the grassroots movement behind the 45th President would continue to exert its influence in American politics. He assured his viewers, "They can't separate you from Trump. And more importantly, they can't separate you from the ideas. If they somehow make Trump look bad, make Trump look like a reprobate, embarrass you, they can't do it because you came before Trump."

Recently, Trump faced a second federal indictment from Special Counsel Jack Smith, related to his actions following the 2020 election. The indictment includes charges of conspiracy to defraud the US, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights. Additionally, Trump has been indicted in New York on over 30 counts of falsifying business records.

In response to the impending indictment, Trump issued a statement on his new social media platform, Truth Social. He questioned the Department of Justice's timing, asking why they were "putting out another fake indictment the day after the crooked Joe Biden SCANDAL, one of the biggest in American history, broke out in the halls of Congress???
