Acclaimed actor and comedian Rob Schneider recently appeared on "Fox & Friends First" to express his endorsement for independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., whom he described as a personal friend.

Schneider emphasized that Kennedy is addressing issues that resonate with the American populace.

Health care, Schneider stated, is a primary reason for his support of Kennedy. He highlighted the disparity between the United States and Europe, stating, "We spent five times more than they do in Europe for health care. And we have way worse results. We can't have 60% of the American population, unhealthy, 54% of children. That needs to be the biggest story for you guys in all mass media. The fact that children have chronic illness at over 50%, that's a 10-12 year old statistic. So we have to get people healthy."

Schneider also criticized the current political focus on foreign affairs, such as providing financial aid to Ukraine and engaging in "forever wars." Instead, he argued, politicians should concentrate on domestic issues like homelessness and improving public health.

Schneider praised Kennedy for addressing these pertinent issues, stating, "He's talking about things that really matter." He expressed the public's growing disillusionment with the repetitive political offerings, particularly in the context of the anticipated rematch between President Biden and former President Trump.

Schneider criticized the Democratic Party, stating, "The Democrats now suddenly turned out to not be the party of the people. Now that is the party of forever wars and the party of censorship." He cited Elon Musk's recent acquisition of Twitter for $44 billion as evidence of collusion between the United States government and social media platforms, which he argued infringes upon Americans' First Amendment rights.

Kennedy's recent announcement of his running mate has reportedly caused a stir within the Democratic Party, with some experts describing the situation as the party's "worst nightmare." Republican strategist and The Vogel Group principal Matt Keelen told Fox News Digital, "Only in the new Socialist Democratic Party, they should change their name to reflect who they really are now, would the son of Robert F Kennedy and nephew of Democrat icon JFK be forced from the party that has used their name for decades, all because he had the gall to point out the obvious, Joe Biden is not prepared to lead this country for four more years."

Kennedy, a member of one of the most iconic Democratic families in American history, has become a prominent target of the left since announcing his presidential candidacy. His selection of tech entrepreneur Nicole Shanahan as his running mate led to a meeting hosted by the Democratic National Committee (DNC), which many interpreted as a sign of the party's anxiety.

Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. Austin Davis expressed the party's concern during the call, stating, "We are doing everything in our power to get President Biden and Vice President Harris re-elected. It's critical that we take seriously every possible obstacle to that goal. And let me be clear, that's exactly what Robert F. Kennedy is in this election. He's a spoiler."
