Still, people keep leaking shit. The latest high-profile leak arrives ahead of the scheduled Nov. 3 launch of Call of Duty: WWII, the hotly anticipated fourteenth entry in the wildly popular first-person shooter franchise.
An unfinished version of the WWII trailer, which Uproxxreports was expected to be revealed later this week at San Diego Comic-Con, appeared online over the weekend. The aptly nicknamed "Nazi Zombies Trailer" is heavy on the Nazis and the zombies, which should please fans of the franchise.
In separate statements surrounding the leak, the official Twitter account for WWII developer Sledgehammer Games and Sledgehammer co-founder Michael Condrey confirmed the leaked version was incomplete and said the final version would be arriving soon:
Leaks aren't ideal, but know that we appreciate the support. We're almost done with the Nazi Zombies Trailer. Hang tight, it'll be worth it!— Sledgehammer Games (@SHGames) July 15, 2017
