What Migos rapper Quavo would do if he took over for Trump

Written by  Spencer Dukoff

Raindrop, drop top, Quavo for POTUS when Trump stops?

Amidst a controversial week for President Donald Trump, Quavo of Atlanta rap group Migos is prepared to step in as Commander-in-Chief if need be.

"On my first day in office as President Quavo, I'd move my whole family into the White House," Quavo told the Daily News.

Quavo’s Presidential declarations wouldn’t end there.

"Second, I'd pull all the troops back,” Quavo explained. “Third, I'd raise the minimum wage to a good, nice amount so people get paid," he said.

Migos, which also features Takeoff and Offset, are currently on tour with Future and Tory Lanez. On Friday night, the Nobody Safe Tour comes to Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

The group, whose rapid ascent to stardom began with their inescapable chart-topper "Bad and Boujee," is excited to be on the road with a fellow Atlanta rapper.

"This is the first time we're coming together [with Future] and handling business," Quavo said. "But at the same time we're having fun and making music."

The Nobody Safe Tour continues through June across North America with select dates featuring Young Thug and A$AP Ferg.
