Review Detail

Well, let's "dog-whistle" up some support for President Bull-In-The-China-Shop's latest attempt to destroy the lives of how many people? The Trump-Cult faithful seem to be firmly on board with this latest move by President Bull, to undo anything and everything accomplished by Obama. Never mind the manifestation of obsessive-compulsive disorder in the Oval Office. "It's them damn' illegals, what's makin' life tough for us Real 'Mericans."

You can probably settle down. The President merely repealed an executive order that was entirely unconstitutional. Article I, Sect 8 gives Congress the power to establish naturalization laws. Article II, which establishes the powers of the Executive, grants the President no such powers. If you read a transcript of Sessions' speech, you will what CNN refuses to report: DACA is rescinded, but deportment of the Dreamers is deferred so that Congress can create legal structure to deal with the issue.

DACA was rescinded, because DACA is illegal. Once you have a President issuing executive orders, you no longer have a President; you have a king. You can throw all the temper tantrums you want, but if you want to hold the current President accountable to the Constiturion, you have to start holding liberal politicians accountable to it as well.

Absolutely true, thank you for stating what people should have known. The President can't make laws only Congress can and the unconstitutional ruling was sent to Congress for that reason. So instead of whining and carrying on, if you want this to be law contact your Congressman and Senators and if you don't want it, contact your Congressman or Senators. Simple!!!!
