Herring is battling Republican candidate John Adams in the country's only attorney general race up for grabs this November.
The RAGA's new site focuses specifically on four examples in its effort to demonstrate Herring's habit of "putting his own politics before Virginia," drawing attention to the incumbent's decisions on gun reciprocity, staff pay raises, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, and right-to-work laws. On each topic, browsers are provided with lengthy background information making the case against Herring's record.
"Virginia needs a new lawyer – one who will enforce and defend its laws," the site argues.
In his introductory video ad released late last month, Adams, whose campaign authorized the new RAGA site, also accused Herring of neglecting to respect the state's laws.
