The ill-fated aircraft, a Cessna 421 light aircraft, is a six or seven-seater twin-engine plane. It is believed to have taken off from Longmont, Colorado, en route to Ogden, Utah, when it tragically crashed around 4.30pm, as per Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue.
