In an interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo on "Sunday Morning Futures," Jackson expressed his concerns.
"We have a serious problem here. Everyone knows it now, you don't have to be a physician ... to see what's going on right now. So I have sent five letters previously asking for President Biden to submit to a cognitive test, very similar to the one that President Trump got while he was President, and all five of those letters have gotten completely ignored," Jackson stated.

The White House, unsurprisingly, has shown no interest in having Biden undergo a cognitive test. This comes despite the left's previous insistence that Trump was cognitively impaired, leading to him taking and passing the exam. However, the same individuals do not believe it is necessary for Biden to take the same test.

In a previous interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, Trump had suggested that anyone running for president should be subjected to such a test. Jackson echoed this sentiment, announcing his plans to send another letter to Biden and his team.

"So tomorrow, I'm sending a letter to President Biden, to his physician, Dr. O'Connor, and I'm CC'ing his entire cabinet, and it's embarrassing that I have to do this ... but we don't have any choice based on what's going on," Jackson revealed.

Jackson's concerns extend beyond cognitive testing. He is also calling for Biden to be tested for performance-enhancing drugs, citing discrepancies in Biden's demeanor during his State of the Union address compared to his day-to-day behavior.

"I'm going to be demanding on behalf of many millions of concerned Americans right now that he submit to a drug test before and after this debate, specifically looking for performance-enhancing drugs because we've seen recently that in his State of the Union address that there was a Joe Biden that came out that was not similar at all to what we see on a day-to-day basis for the last three-and-a-half years," Jackson declared.
Given the Biden White House's track record since January 2021, it is likely they will dismiss Jackson's concerns and requests. However, if they have nothing to hide, it would be prudent to comply with Jackson's request and demonstrate to the American public that Biden is not under the influence during debates or major speeches. If they decline or ignore Jackson's request, it leaves room for voters to speculate that Biden could be using performance-enhancing drugs during debates, the State of the Union address, or any other significant public address.
