In the realm of world travel, one adventurer from Arizona has made a bold claim.

Drew Binsky, a seasoned globetrotter who has journeyed to every corner of the world since 2012, has declared the Philippines as the best country on Earth.

His travels have taken him from the indigenous tribes of Africa to the vibrant streets of Cuba, but it was the Southeast Asian archipelago that captured his heart.

According to The New York Post, Binsky's travels have been extensive and varied, but his experiences in the Philippines stood out. "I think it's the most beautiful country in the world, super safe and full of nice people," Binsky shared with UNILAD. He further praised the country, stating, "It's like everything you could want in one country."

However, Binsky's admiration for the Philippines doesn't mean he plans to settle there permanently. Instead, he has his sights set on Dubai, where he intends to relocate with his wife, drawn by the allure of the city's rich culture.

Despite his seasoned traveler status, Binsky's global adventures have not been without challenges. He recounted the difficulties he faced when attempting to enter Venezuela, a task complicated by his American passport. "I ended up getting the visa from the Venezuelan embassy but they were difficult because of the sanctions and political tensions between the US and Venezuela, but I was able to get one last minute," he revealed.

Binsky's achievement of visiting every country in the world places him in an exclusive club, alongside DJ Randy "R Dub!" Williams. Williams, a late-night "slow jams" radio host, took his love for travel a step further by creating his own country after running out of new places to visit. "I ran out of countries, so I created my own," Williams told CNN. "One of the reasons I created Slowjamastan was because, after 193 countries, I wanted a 194th!"

Williams' unique country, Slowjamastan, was born out of his "mounting concern and strong disdain for those embarrassing, funny, rubber things they call 'Crocs'," he told The Post. The United Territories of the Sovereign Nation of the People’s Republic of Slowjamastan, located on an 11.07-acre plot of desert land off Southern California’s Route 78, was declared sovereign on Dec. 1, 2021.
