In a recent report by Raw Story, it was revealed that former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani has been facing familial discord due to his alleged relationship with a married woman.

This relationship has led to his friends labeling him as "crazy" and his son, Andrew, distancing himself from his father.

The report is based on a confidential recording of Giuliani discussing his strained family dynamics, which was unveiled by Newsweek. The transcript of this recording was discovered in New York court documents. "All my friends think I'm crazy," Giuliani is quoted as saying in the transcript. He further reveals, "My son doesn't talk to me anymore."

According to Newsweek, the woman at the center of this controversy is Maria Ryan, Giuliani's podcast co-host. Despite the swirling rumors, both Giuliani and Ryan have vehemently denied having an affair. The recording, dated December 19, 2019, was reportedly made by Noelle Dunphy, an employee of Giuliani's. Dunphy is currently embroiled in a legal battle with Giuliani, seeking $10 million in a sexual harassment lawsuit.

The transcript also uncovers a conversation between Giuliani and Dunphy, where they discuss Andrew's reaction to the prospect of Christmas plans involving Ryan and her husband. "If you do it at Christmas I'm never going to talk to you again," Giuliani quotes his son as saying.

Despite denying any romantic involvement with Maria, Giuliani is heard saying, "She loves me, but she can't leave her family." Maria, in her conversation with Newsweek, also refutes the claims of a romantic relationship with Giuliani, stating, "I am not his girlfriend. I consider him one of my best friends."

The recorded conversation further reveals Giuliani's perplexing relationship with the Ryans. He shares Maria's proposition of marrying him if her husband could live with them, describing it as "the weirdest f---ing thing." He quotes Maria as saying, "'If we get married, could Bob live — could Bob live with us? You seem — the two of you seem to get along so well.'"
