In a shocking revelation, Tatiana Pino, the estranged wife of prominent Miami-Dade developer and Century Homebuilders Group President, Sergio Pino, has accused her husband of poisoning her with Fentanyl.

The allegations surfaced during their ongoing divorce proceedings and have led to an FBI investigation into threats against her life.

According to The New York Post, Tatiana, who has been married to Sergio for 32 years, stated in a sworn deposition that she was hospitalized multiple times over the past three years, with doctors discovering Fentanyl in her system. She filed for divorce in April 2022 and subsequently began suspecting her husband as the source of her deteriorating health.

When asked by Sergio's attorney if she believed her husband had poisoned her, Tatiana responded affirmatively, "I believe that he did." She further detailed her ordeal, explaining that she experienced breathing difficulties and other symptoms in 2022. A physician at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore reportedly detected Fentanyl in her system after she was intubated six times.

The doctor advised Tatiana to stay with her sister instead of returning to her "normal surroundings." Since moving out, Tatiana has not experienced the symptoms, as per the deposition. She hinted at a possible "financial motive" behind Sergio's alleged actions but refrained from providing further details.

Tatiana also claimed that the federal Drug Enforcement Agency was investigating Sergio, but her attorneys advised her not to comment further on the case. Raymond Rafool, her attorney, informed The Herald that the FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office have now taken over the case against Sergio.

In a recent development, an FBI squad raided Sergio’s $4.2 million Cocoplum estate and Coral Gables Office last week. The raid was part of an investigation into threats made against Tatiana’s life. FBI spokesman James Marshall confirmed the search at both locations but declined to comment further on the case.

The investigation is also probing whether Sergio enlisted a part-time worker at his home to hire three men to intimidate his wife following her divorce filing. The worker and the three men have been charged in Miami federal court for an attempted hit-and-run at Tatiana's Pinecrest home and an arson attack on three of her sister’s vehicles.

Despite the mounting allegations, Sergio has not been charged with any crime. His attorneys have vehemently denied the accusations against him. "To be clear, Mr. Pino is devastated by these attacks against him and his family and denies any suggestion that he is responsible for them,” attorney Deanna Shifrin told the local outlet.
